Who owns what?

  • You own your content. When you upload content to suomikuvat.fi, you retain ownership of your work.
  • License to suomikuvat.fi. By uploading, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
  • Site assets. The suomikuvat.fi name, logo, UI, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. Do not use our marks or assets without permission.

Using content from suomikuvat.fi

  • Do not download, copy, or redistribute other users’ content without their permission unless clearly allowed by law.
  • Linking to public pages on suomikuvat.fi is allowed; passing off others’ work as your own is not.

Reporting copyright infringement

  1. Links to the content that was removed and a brief explanation.
  2. Your contact details and a statement of good‑faith belief that the content was removed by mistake.
  3. Your signature (typed name is acceptable).

Repeat infringer policy

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ rights.

Trademarks

If you believe your trademark is being used in a way that causes confusion, please contact us with details and supporting evidence.
